All guests must be accompanied by a member. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests while at the Club.
Guest Information
Welcome to Carmel! Carmel's position as a family club allows our members to entertain friends and family members at their Club on a regular basis. In order to make our guests feel at home, we encourage you to review our dress codes and policies prior to your visit.
Proper golf attire is mandatory for all members and their guests. Soft spike golf shoes or athletic shoes are required, and all caps must be worn with the brim facing forwards. Men's shirts must have sleeves, collars, and be tucked in at all times. Women's shirts may be collarless with sleeves or sleeveless with a collar. If worn, leggings must have a covering garment such as golf shorts or a skirt.
Members and their guests are expected to dress appropriately and in good taste.
Appropriate attire in the 1947 Grill and Clubhouse is 'smart-casual' which includes dressy denim and open toed shoes for women only. Caps are not permitted in the Clubhouse.
The attire in the Gaslight Grill and Mens Grill is casual, including appropriate sport attire and forward facing caps.
Proper tennis attire is mandatory for all members and their guests. Proper court shoes are required for safety. Men's shirts must have sleeves and women's shirts may be sleeveless. Appropriate tennis skirts or dresses are welcome.
When using the Fitness Center, members and their guests must be in conservative athletic attire, including closed-toed athletic shoes. Caps are permitted with the brim facing forwards.
Members and their guests are encouraged to utilize the aquatic facilities and reminded of the family atmosphere while at the Pool Complex. Swim attire should be conservative in nature. Men should wear swim trunks or swimwear that is athletic in nature. Women's swimwear should consist of one-piece swimwear, tankinis, or conservative bikinis. Caps are permitted with the brim facing forwards.
Open toed shoes and cover-ups are encouraged when using the Pool Grill or Cabana Bar.
Pets are not allowed on property with the exception of service animals. Service animals must be properly identified at all times and proof of licensing should be available upon request.
Outside food and beverage is prohibited, but guests are welcome to accompany a member to enjoy a dining outlet.
Cell phones are permitted but must be set to silent or vibrate. All incoming or outgoing calls should be brief and handled with discretion. Calls cannot be received or made in the dining areas, Fitness Center, or on the golf course to maintain a courteous environment.
Depending on the area of the Club in which you visit, dress codes may vary according to activity. Please refer to our dress codes above for more specific information.
Parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the Main Lot (at the entry of the Clubhouse) and Golf Lot (on the right hand side of the Clubhouse near the Golf Shop.)
