Mac, a native of Shelby, NC, earned his PGA Professional certification from Methodist University. His journey at Carmel began in 2009 as an intern and has since culminated in his current role as the Head Professional of the North Course.
In his capacity, Mac oversees a broad spectrum of responsibilities including scheduling, team support, hiring, golf instruction, corporate golf events, tournament logistics, customer relations, and merchandising.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mac finds joy in golfing, cooking, and spending time with his family and beloved dog, Macy.
