Karen Rose

Human Resources Director, Karen Rose, is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and joined the Carmel team in 2023. She is double certified in Human Resources with SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Karen is responible for all Human Resource functions at the Club, as well serves as the team member liaison on the EAF and Rules Committees. Karen fosters a positive workplace culture, ensuring the professional growth and satisfaction of our valued team members.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Madison, as well as caring for her two cats, Tractor & Bubba, and beagle, Moonshine. She also loves to sing and has been known to hit a karaoke bar on occasion or sing the National Anthem at sporting events around Charlotte.
