Joe DiLascio

South Course Assistant Superintendent

Originally from Brookfield, CT, Joe moved to Charlotte in 2020 after graduating from The University of New Haven where he studied Criminal Justice and Business Management. After graduation, he went on to study Turfgrass Management through Penn State.

Since then, he has been heavily involved in the turf industry since joining the Carmel team in 2022. Joe volunteered for various professional tournaments such as the 2024 Wells Fargo and the 2025 PGA Championship.

Outside of work he enjoys snowboarding, beach days and trying new restaurants.
