With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, she brings a holistic approach to fitness, blending the principles of strength training and the mindfulness of yoga.
Jen's journey into fitness began as a child succeeding as a competitive athlete. Her dedication to fitness inspired her to complete her education with a degree in Exercise Science and Management from the University of Mississippi. Jen is a ACSM- Certified Personal Trainer, AAFA- Group Fitness Instructor, and 500HR- Registered Yoga Instructor.
As a trainer, Jen tailors each session to meet the unique needs and aspirations of her clients. Whether her clients are striving to build strength, lose weight, improve flexibility, or address physical limitations, Jen created an individual program to specifically support each client’s needs. Known for her encouraging and supportive demeanor, Jen creates a welcoming environment where individuals of all fitness levels feel empowered to push their boundaries and achieve sustainable results.
Outside of training sessions, Jen is committed to ongoing education and staying knowledgeable of the latest fitness trends and techniques.
