Before joining the Carmel team, James worked at SiteOne Landscape Supply as a Nursery Manager in the Charlotte area. James is now Carmel's own Horticulturalist, managing the Clubhouse grounds. Having spent his entire career helping people find joy in plants and nature as a whole, he enjoys enhancing and maintaining Carmel’s grounds for our membership. Outside of work, James loves watching Tennessee football, touring botanical gardens and cooking for his family.
