Carmel's leadership team is made up of over fifty managers and is led by the heads of our departments - all of which have rich, professional backgrounds.
Carmel utilizes the Birkman Method to provide insights on how team members can work better together. The Birkman Method encourages each team members to be the best version of themselves by identifying their interests, needs in the workplace, natural strengths, and behaviors.
The Employee Assistance Fund (EAF) created fair and equitable means for members to assist the Carmel team and their dependents in reaching their highest potential through education, student loan repayments, and emergency assistance. The EAF Board has worked closely with the Club to ensure sustainable and ongoing funding for the team members who call Carmel home.
Carmel's CMAA verified internship program offers a comprehensive and dynamic experience to young professionals each summer. Summer interns will have the privilege of rotating through different departments to help enhance their knowledge of the club management industry.
